1. Nature of this environment

This website (the “Site”) is a non-production sandbox environment operated for internal software development, quality assurance, demonstration, and web-analytics and tag-management testing. It is published on the public internet solely so that development and measurement tooling can be exercised under realistic conditions.

The Site is not a commercial offering, is not directed at consumers or shoppers, and is not intended or available for retail use by the general public. It is made available for technical evaluation only. If you have arrived here expecting a functioning retail store, the Site is not what you are looking for and you should not transact with it.

The storefront design, branding, and product catalogue shown are illustrative placeholders. No retail business operates under the names, logos, or brands displayed on the Site.

2. No offer, no sale, no fulfillment

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, invitation to treat, or advertisement to sell any product or service, and no contract of sale can be formed through the Site.

• The products shown do not exist and are not available for purchase.
• No order placed through the Site is accepted, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
• No payment is taken, processed, or stored. The Site has no payment processor connected and no ability to charge any payment instrument.
• All prices, currencies, taxes, discounts, promotions, stock and availability figures, delivery estimates, ratings and reviews shown are fabricated test data. They do not reflect any real product, price, or offer, and must not be relied upon for any purpose.
• Any confirmation, receipt, order number, or account created through the Site is simulated output generated for testing purposes and has no commercial effect whatsoever.

3. Fictitious content and AI-assisted development

The Site was built with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. Specifically, AI assistance was used in producing:

• the Site’s implementation code, including its HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• written content on the Site, including product names, product descriptions, and marketing copy; and
• the Site’s analytics, tagging, and data-layer configuration.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, internally inconsistent, or entirely invented, and AI-assisted code may contain defects. The written content on the Site is fictitious and is not a factual statement about any product, person, organization, or event. Any resemblance between product names or descriptions on the Site and a real product or brand is unintended and coincidental.

Nothing on the Site has been reviewed for factual accuracy, and no statement on it should be understood as a representation, warranty, or claim of fact by any person.

4. Data collection and tracking in this environment

Although the storefront is simulated, the measurement technology on this Site is live. This is the one respect in which the Site behaves like a real website, and it is disclosed here specifically because it affects you.

The Site loads and executes real third-party tag-management, analytics, and advertising technologies, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and transmit data about your visit to third parties. These currently include Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, Adobe Experience Platform / Analytics, and aqfer. This list may change as testing requires.

Data that may be collected includes your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device, browser and operating-system characteristics, referring URL, the pages you view, the links and elements you interact with, timestamps, and cookie or device identifiers assigned to your browser.

This data is collected as test telemetry. It is used to verify that measurement tooling functions correctly. It is not used to build a commercial customer profile, is not used to market to you, and is not sold. It is nonetheless real data transmitted to real third parties, each of which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, over which the operator of this Site has no control.

A consent tool is provided on the Site so you can accept or reject non-essential categories, and you may change your choice at any time via cookie settings. Because this is a test environment, consent behaviour is itself subject to testing and may change without notice.

If you would prefer that no data about you be transmitted from this environment, the reliable course is not to browse it.

5. Third-party assets and trademarks

The Site is built on a commercially licensed third-party website template. Template code, imagery, photographs, icons, fonts, and other assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under their applicable licences for demonstration purposes only. No claim of ownership is made over them.

Product names, company names, logos, and trademarks that appear on the Site, including those of the analytics and tag-management vendors named above, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site is for identification and technical-demonstration purposes only and does not indicate any sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

If you are a rights holder and believe material on the Site is used improperly, contact the operator using the details in section 12 and the material will be removed promptly.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty is given that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that content is accurate or current, or that the Site is free of harmful components. As a test environment, the Site is expected to contain defects, incomplete features, and broken behaviour, and may be changed, taken down, or reset at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the operator of the Site, or its affiliates, personnel, contractors, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, or reliance on anything contained in it, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. No reliance

No information on the Site is advice of any kind and none of it should be relied upon. Measurement or analytics data produced by this environment is test data and is not fit for reporting, billing, business decisions, or any other operational purpose.

9. Acceptable use

Because this is an unhardened test environment, you must not submit real or sensitive information to it. In particular, do not enter real payment card details, real account credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive personal data into any form on the Site, including its login, registration, search, and newsletter forms. Data entered into those forms is not protected, monitored, or handled as production data, and forms may be non-functional, may log their input, or may discard it entirely.

You further agree not to use the Site to conduct unlawful activity, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any connected system, to disrupt or overload it, to circumvent security controls, or to present it to any third party as a genuine retail store or as evidence of a genuine commercial transaction.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified at any time without notice. The version published on this page is the version in effect. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. The Site itself may be modified, suspended, reset, or discontinued at any time.

11. Governing law
